Matt Sanders has eight years of experience in property and casualty insurance: five years as a captive agent and then three years as an independent agent. As an independent agent, he represents seven carriers, including Safeco and Travelers, two of the top insurance carriers.

Matt knows the importance of putting customers first by tailoring their insurance to their specific needs. In his five years as a captive agent, he had only one product to offer customers, and this made it difficult for him to meet the needs of all the different customers. That’s why Matt decided to become an independent insurance agent. Offering multiple products from multiple carriers helps Matt to work with each individual to see their needs and place them with the best carrier for their situation. Matt builds a relationship with his customers while moving them to the best insurance plans for them. He knows how to listen to his customers, a skill that is key to his success as an insurance agent. Matt has won awards from his carriers for his excellent work saving his customers money.

Matt Sanders graduated from DeVry University in 2010 with a degree in Business Management and as a member of their honor society. Matt used the knowledge he gained at DeVry to run his Allstate agency and he continues to use it to run his K and S Insurance Agency. As owner and agent at K and S Insurance Agency, he oversees all of the day-to-day operations and sales of the agency and remains committed to building custom policies that meet the needs of his customers.

Matt lives in Parker with Mollee, his wife of 18 years, and their 3 sons and 2 daughters. They are an active family with their boys playing Parker Hawks Lacrosse, Football and Baseball and their girls are in dance, gymnastics, and soccer.  Matt is active in the community and local LDS Church, and is currently serving as a baseball coach in the Parker Hawks baseball program. In his personal time Matt enjoys playing softball, weightlifting, and dirt biking during yearly trips to Moab Utah. Spending time with his family is his greatest joy and he loves watching them grow and experience new things.
